Once we receive your request, our team will contact you promptly to confirm and process your appointment. Please note, we may need to adjust your appointment time or date based on team member availability and scheduling.

When booking, kindly let us know the reason for your visit—whether it’s a specific skin concern or a treatment you’re interested in. This helps us better prepare for your consultation and ensure we meet your needs effectively.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
At CML, we value your time and strive to provide all clients with the best service. To ensure we can accommodate everyone effectively, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $50 fee will be charged. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled or any prepaid treatments can be received.
