This medispa is such a gem. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Heidi is my girl and I highly recommend her! She is an experienced certified laser technician and really knows her stuff. No hard-sales or fake sincerity like other clinics in Vancouver; I get honest recommendations and just repeat maintenance treatment once every month. My complexion is brighter and skin has improved so much since I started getting my treatments there almost a year ago.

I heard about this place through a friend. we went in for underarm laser treatments. the customer service was amazing and i noticed a difference in hair growth after the first session. Heidi actually adjusted the treatment for us during the second session based on our pain tolerance from the first session. we did not feel a thing! it was great!
